Every visit counts. Make every customer want to return.

Create branded digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Reward visits, build lasting relationships, and give customers a reason to come back — without asking them to download another app.

How Kartaki works

Three steps from idea to repeat visits

No hardware, no app store, no long setup. A phone at the counter is enough.

  1. 1

    Create your loyalty program

Pick an industry template — coffee stamps, retail points, salon visits, gym memberships — then set your reward, colours and rules. Everything can be changed later.

  2. 2

Customers add it to their Wallet

Customers scan your QR poster, enter a first name and get their card on the spot: a web card instantly, plus Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their phone.

  3. 3

    Every visit earns rewards

Staff scan the card's QR from any phone. Stamps and points update immediately, rewards unlock on their own, and each reward can only be redeemed once.

One platform, many ways to reward

Choose the loyalty mechanic that fits how you sell

A coffee shop counts cups. A boutique counts euros. A salon counts appointments. Try each one — the buttons below use the same rules our scanner applies at the counter.

Coffee & bakeryStamps

Avli Coffee — Coffee card

One stamp per drink. The 8th coffee is on the house, and extra stamps roll over to the next card.

Your customers already have a Wallet

The loyalty card lives where the boarding pass lives

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet come pre-installed on most smartphones. Kartaki puts your card there — next to their tickets and payment cards.

No separate app

Nothing to download, no account to create. Customers join with a QR code in under a minute.

QR-code enrollment

Print your enrollment poster or show it on a tablet. Each scan opens your branded sign-up page.

Balances that update

When staff add a stamp, the card refreshes — the customer always sees their real progress.

Store locations

Add your shops so the phone can surface the card nearby. The phone decides when; Kartaki never tracks customers.

Apple Wallet

Signed passes with your colours, live balance updates and up to 10 store locations.

Google Wallet

Loyalty cards with points, rewards, offers and merchant locations.

Kartaki is in its pilot phase. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet issuance is built into the product and is being verified with live provider accounts before general availability.

Bring customers back

Campaigns that respect the customer's phone

Run double-stamp Tuesdays, seasonal offers and limited-time rewards. Kartaki knows what each Wallet platform allows — and never pretends otherwise.

Time-limited offers

Schedule a start and end. The offer appears on the card while it runs and disappears when it ends.

Bonus earning days

Double stamps or bonus points for chosen days and stores — applied automatically at the counter.

Reward availability

Customers see the moment a reward is ready, right on their card.

Consent first

Promotional messages only reach customers who said yes, and they can say no again at any time.

Google Wallet allows up to three notifying messages per card per day; Kartaki adds further messages silently. Apple Wallet doesn't allow promotional push messages, so on iPhone offers update the card itself without a notification. Nearby relevance is decided by the phone and is never guaranteed.

Designed for agencies too

One platform. Your brand. Every client.

Agencies run Kartaki under their own name: your logo and colours on the portal, every client business in one place, each with its own branded cards.

  • White-label agency dashboard
  • Separate, isolated client accounts
  • Branding presets for new clients
  • Agency-led merchant onboarding
  • Your own domain, where configured
  • A new recurring service to sell
Brand color

Illustrative preview with sample client names. In the product, your logo, colour and name replace Kartaki in the agency portal; merchant cards keep each merchant's own brand.

Pricing philosophy

Pay for new features. Keep what you've earned.

Kartaki isn't a subscription that switches off. €20 unlocks everything released so far, plus everything released during the next month. Stop paying and you keep it all. Pay again later and you catch up on everything you missed.

  1. €20

    Pay €20

Unlock the latest version and every release in the following month.

  2. 2

    Pause anytime

Your cards, customers and acquired features keep working.

  3. 3

    Catch up later

One payment unlocks everything released while you were away.

Try it yourself

Pick a business and press the buttons

Add stamps, spend euros, unlock a reward and redeem it. This is a simulation for demonstration, not an issued Wallet pass, but the earning and redemption rules are the real ones.

Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code, enter their first name and get a web card immediately. They can also add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on most phones.
How do Apple Wallet and Google Wallet work?
Kartaki creates a signed pass for Apple Wallet and a loyalty card object for Google Wallet with your branding. When the balance changes, the card on the phone is updated. Each platform has its own rules about notifications, which Kartaki follows. Kartaki is in its pilot phase: wallet issuance is built in and is being verified with live provider accounts before general availability.
Can I customise my card?
Yes: colours, stamp icons, program name, number of stamps or points per euro, rewards and terms. The card designer shows how it will look on the web, in Apple Wallet and in Google Wallet.
Can I run one program across several stores?
Yes. Add every location, assign staff to the stores they work in, and see activity per store. Customers use the same card everywhere.
Can an agency resell Kartaki?
Agencies can run a white-label portal today: their branding, their client accounts, their onboarding. Reseller billing and referral terms are agreed directly with us — talk to us about your model.
What happens if I stop paying for updates?
Nothing you have is switched off. You keep every feature you acquired and your customers keep their cards. When you pay again you receive everything released in the meantime. Hosting and wallet infrastructure are covered by separate service terms.
Can I send offers or nearby notifications?
You can run offers and bonus days. On Google Wallet, Kartaki can add messages that may notify the customer (up to three a day per card). On Apple Wallet, offers appear on the card without a notification, because Apple doesn't allow promotional pushes. Nearby relevance is decided by the phone and isn't guaranteed.
How secure is customer data?
We collect only what a loyalty card needs, keep marketing consent separate, encrypt stored credentials, and every business's data is isolated from every other. QR codes contain a random identifier, never personal details. Businesses can export or erase a customer's data on request.
