Reward the client who comes back every season

In fashion, the second and third purchase matter most. Stampaki's points card turns every receipt into progress toward a voucher, and your best clients into a VIP tier.

The challenge

The retail retention gap

Purchases are months apart

Customers buy seasonally. Without a reason to return, the next purchase may happen at a competitor.

Spend isn't equal

A scarf and a coat shouldn't earn the same. Rewards need to reflect what was spent.

Sales go to everyone

Your season launch reaches strangers and loyal clients alike, with no early access for the people who matter.

In practice

Frequently asked questions

How are points calculated?
Points = purchase amount × your points-per-euro rate, rounded down. For example, €89.90 at 1 point per euro earns 89 points. Calculations are deterministic and logged.
Can points expire?
Optionally. You choose a period of inactivity (for example 365 days) after which the balance expires. The expiry is recorded in the ledger.
What if a customer returns an item?
A manager reverses the original purchase transaction with a reason. If the points were already spent, the system blocks the reversal and asks for a manual adjustment instead.
Does it connect to my e-shop or POS?
Not yet. Points are awarded in store by scanning the card. E-shop and POS integrations aren't available today.
