Keep the chair booked with clients who always come back

Salon clients are loyal to a person and a feeling. Stampaki adds a reason to book the next appointment before leaving: a visit card that builds up to a treat.

The challenge

Where salons lose clients

Long gaps between visits

A six-week colour can drift into ten weeks — or into a new salon.

Discounts cheapen the brand

Percentage-off promotions don't fit a premium service. An upgrade feels like care.

Staff turnover

When a stylist leaves, the client relationship needs to stay with the salon.

In practice

Six weeks, five visits, one upgrade

How a visit card keeps the next appointment booked.

  1. Week 0

    Colour appointment

The receptionist scans her card at checkout. Visit 4 of 5.

  2. Week 0

    Next appointment booked

The card shows a treatment upgrade one visit away — she books before leaving.

  3. Week 6

    Visit 5

The upgrade unlocks and is redeemed on the spot, recorded once.

  4. Week 14

    Gentle nudge

No visit for 60 days? An opted-in offer appears on her card — no spam.

At the 5th visit the card shows the upgrade ready to use next time.

  4. Re-engagement

Clients with no visit for 60 days who opted in get a limited-time offer.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reward specific treatments differently?
Yes, by creating separate programs (for example 'Colour club' and 'Nail club'). Each program has its own card and rewards.
Is any health or treatment data stored?
No. Stampaki records visits and rewards, not treatment details. The sign-up only asks for a first name, with email and birthday optional.
Can it connect to my booking system?
Not today. Visits are recorded by scanning the card at reception.
How do I stop a client from earning twice in a day?
Set a daily limit (2 visits per card by default). Every visit is also logged with the staff member and location.
