How it works

How a Stampaki membership card works

Each card has a membership status and a validity date. Staff scan to record a check-in; check-ins count towards attendance rewards such as a smoothie after 20 workouts. When validity ends, the card shows it. Stampaki doesn't open doors or integrate with access-control systems.

Can the card open our gym door?
No. Stampaki doesn't integrate with door, turnstile or access-control systems.
Does Stampaki collect membership fees?
No. You manage payments as you do today; the card reflects status and validity.
Can I message members whose membership expired?
Yes: campaigns can target by membership status, and promotional messages go only to members with marketing consent.
What counts as a check-in?
A scan at the desk. You can cap check-ins per day.
