Retention you can plan, target and measure

Stampaki gives marketers a first-party channel that lives on the customer's phone: a branded Wallet card, audiences built from real visits, and campaigns that respect consent and platform rules.

What marketers get

A first-party channel

A card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet that updates after every visit — no ad platform in between.

Audiences from behaviour

Lapsed customers, recent visitors, balance ranges, reward-eligible members, membership status.

Scheduled campaigns

Offers, bonus days and limited rewards with start and end times.

Consent by design

Marketing consent is recorded separately with timestamps; promotions never reach non-consenting customers.

Honest delivery rules

Stampaki follows Google's notification limit and Apple's no-promotional-push rule — and tells you so.

Activity analytics

Members, visits, redemptions and campaign activity by store.

A campaign, step by step

  1. Pick the goal

Win back lapsed customers, fill a quiet day or push a seasonal product.

  2. Build the audience

Combine filters and preview how many customers match.

  3. Schedule

Set dates, stores and the card message.

  4. Review results

See redemptions and visits during the campaign window.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export customer lists?
Businesses can export customer data where they have a lawful basis, and customers can request their own data.
Do you integrate with my email platform?
Not today. Stampaki has no public API or marketing-tool integrations yet.
Can I A/B test offers?
There's no built-in A/B testing. You can run separate campaigns to different audiences and compare redemptions.
