Loyalty for every kind of food and drink business

A bakery, a cocktail bar and a taverna all want regulars — but they count different things. Stampaki lets each choose the mechanic that matches the counter, the table or the basket.

The challenge

What makes food & beverage different

Speed matters

Loyalty can't slow down a queue of morning orders. A scan has to take a second.

Thin margins

Rewards need to be predictable and capped, not open-ended discounts.

Seasonal swings

Quiet weeks need a reason for regulars to come in.

In practice

Pick the mechanic by how you serve

Food and drink businesses don't all count the same thing.

  1. Counter service

    Stamps per item

Cafés, bakeries, juice bars: one stamp per drink or pastry.

  2. Table service

    Visits per bill

Tavernas and bistros: one visit per table, milestones at 6 and 12.

  3. Varied baskets

    Points per euro

Delis and wine shops: points scale with spend.

  4. Members

    Memberships

Supper clubs and tasting clubs: status and validity on the card.

Suggested starting points

Counter service usually starts with an 8-stamp card; table service with visit milestones; shops with varied baskets with points per euro. You can run more than one programme if you have both a counter and tables.

  • Stamps for counter service
  • Visit milestones for table service
  • Points for varied baskets
  • Several programmes per business
Coffee & bakeryStamps

Avli Coffee — Coffee card

Frequently asked questions

We have both a counter and tables. Can we use both mechanics?
Yes. Run a stamp programme for takeaway and a visit programme for table service; each has its own card.
Do we need to change our POS?
No. Staff scan cards with any phone; there's no POS integration to install.
Can rewards be limited to certain products?
The reward is what you define and redeem at the counter, such as "a coffee of your choice". Staff apply it when redeeming.
