Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a stamp card?
Stamp cards count purchases and reset when full. Reward cards count visits and can have several milestones along the way.
Can I add a birthday reward?
You can collect birthdays at sign-up and run birthday campaigns. Automatic birthday-day rewards are planned.
What counts as a visit?
Whatever you decide: an appointment, a table, a stay. Staff record it with a scan.
Can a visit be counted twice?
A daily cap prevents it, and every visit is logged.
